Annie Cruz
Managing Partner
Annie was a stay-at home mom before joining the insurance industry in 1991. She saw the insurance industry as a career opportunity to grow as a professional, and build her business.
She began her career as an independent benefits consultant with American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus, GA (AFLAC). Under Aflac, she advanced her career as a District Sales Coordinator in 2000, and later became the Regional Sales Coordinator in 2004. She led the Aflac Guam sales field force for 11 years, when she stepped down from her leadership role.
In 2015, she founded Cruz Benefits Consultants. She continues to work in the insurance industry to help give families protection that they need representing John Hancock, Midland National Life, and Transamerica.
Aileen Cruz

Aileen returned to Guam in 2007, and joined the insurance industry in 2008 as a benefits consultant with American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus, GA (AFLAC). In 2012, Aileen advanced her career as an Aflac District Sales Coordinator. To help lead the Aflac Guam sales field force, she became the Aflac Guam Regional Sales Coordinator in 2015. She wanted to develop a professional team of benefits consultants and to ensure that families have the protection that they need.
In 2018, she stepped down from her leadership role with Aflac but continues to be a managing partner for Cruz Benefits Consultants. She continues to work in the insurance industry representing John Hancock, Midland National Life, Pacific Guardian Life, National Western, and Transamerica.
Joyce Aquiningoc
Office Manager | Benefits Consultant
With her independent and nurturing nature, Joyce joined the insurance industry in 2000 to build a professional career. She became a regional administrator for Annie Cruz (2004-2015) as well as a part-time benefits consultant with American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus, GA (AFLAC).
In 2016, she joined the Cruz Benefits Consultants team as our Office Manager and Aflac Regional Administrator for Aileen Cruz (2016-2018).
She continues to her role as Office Manager and as a Benefits Consultant in the insurance industry representing John Hancock, Midland National Life, Pacific Guardian Life, and Transamerica.

Better known as "Terry Baza Mendiola", Terry was an employee of Guam's Department of Education in 1989 when she joined the insurance industry as a part-time life insurance agent.
When she retired from DOE in 2000, she transitioned to a full-time agent.
Terry continues to work in the insurance industry representing Aflac, John Hancock, Midland National Life, and Transamerica.
